| About the Job |

RRS is seeking a full time or part time Associate to support the Registrations Department with
functions
related to the establishment of, and ongoing support for, registered broker-dealers and investment advisers,
including, but not
limited to: |

Client and regulator interaction |
 |
Project management |
 |
Research projects |
 |
Data entry filing |
 |
Copying |
| |
| Responsibilities |
| |
 |
Telephone interaction with clients and regulators |
 |
Data entry and general management of client files |
 |
Complete and analyze clients' regulatory forms and filings |
 |
Miscellaneous research projects |
 |
Maintain, update and archive client files |
| |
| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
 |
Excellent organization and communication skills |
 |
Proficient in the use of Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel,
Powerpoint, Outlook) |
 |
Ability to take directions |
 |
Ability to work in a team environment |
 |
Attention to detail and accuracy |
 |
Experience dealing with business clients |
 |
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them |
 |
Brokerage experience a plus |
