Lisa Paygane is the Director of Registration Services in the Boca Raton office of RRS.
Ms. Paygane has over 16 years experience in the financial services industry. She
managed all
aspects of
the
registrations department including consulting services for
FINRA and NYSE
broker-dealers with
regard to new
and continuing membership
applications including mass
transfers. She also managed the
registration of
investment
advisers including hedge fund
advisers. Ms. Paygane has served in project
management
positions
on registration related
matters to large national and multinational firms. She
previously managed six
registration
department staff and reviewed all required filing
documents for
broker-dealers, investment
advisers, and their registered representatives.
In addition, Ms. Paygane has
managed the
state registrations
and notification filings.
Ms. Paygane received a Bachelors of Science in Management from Florida Atlantic
University.
